Loan Signing Agent

A loan signing agent witnesses signatures just as a notary public does, but a Loan Signing Agent also knows how to walk the borrower through the loan signing process. A loan signing agent charges a flat fee for their knowledge and expertise of knowing how to execute a loan signing. There are roughly 100-150 pages in a standard loan document that require signatures, dates, initials. As a loan signing agent, I know exactly where the borrower needs to sign, date and initial their documents to complete their loan process- correctly, the first time.

Mortgage Refinance

When you are refinancing your home, you are basically paying off that old mortgage and replacing it with a new home loan, and of course you follow the terms of the new home loan. Some advantages to refinancing your home loan is to get a lower interest rate and saving on interest. If you bought your home at a higher interest rate than what the rate is today, then you may have the option to refinance, or re-fi. If your property has gained equity since you’ve purchased, then it’s possible to pull equity out, in terms of cash. Refinancing will undoubtedly have closing costs and may have other unexpected costs associated. When deciding to refinance, it’s best to take the advice of an expert. When the decision has been made, and you are ready to move forward, call Victory Mobile Notary to assist you with your documentation!
