Acknowledgements

The purpose of an acknowledgement is for an affiant, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a notary public that he or she has willingly signed an affidavit. An acknowledgment requires the following steps: The signer must physically appear before you.

Jurats

A jurat is a clause at the foot of an affidavit showing when, where, and before whom the actual oath was sworn or affirmation was made.

Loan Documents

A loan agreement is a contract between a borrower and a lender which regulates the mutual promises made by each party. There are many types of loan agreements, including "facilities agreements," "revolvers," "term loans," "working capital loans."

Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney or letter of attorney is a written authorization to represent or act on another's behalf in private affairs, business, or some other legal matter. The person authorizing the other to act is the principal, grantor, or donor.

Grant Deeds

A grant deed is used in some states and jurisdictions for the sale or other transfer of real property from one person or entity to another person or entity. Each party transferring an interest in the property, or "grantor", is required to sign it.

Hospital Records

You gotta prove who you are…. Otherwise hospitals could give everybody’s information to anyone.
